Owner/President since 2005

Clayton started out with residential and then moved on to large commercial and industrial projects.  He leads the sales and estimating team and will continue to build lifelong client relationships through integrity and exemplary customer service. In his spare time, Clayton likes to golf, go boating at the lake, and spend time with friends & family.

Matt Leiker has expertise in concrete since 1992.  Matt joined Leiker Concrete in 2006 being a huge asset in the company with his experience of concrete.  He has helped build the company with overseeing large commercial and industrial projects. In his spare time he enjoys bible study, sightseeing and fishing.

Project Superintendent since 2022

Doug, who began working in agricultural concrete in 2013, brings over a decade of concrete experience to our team. With his extensive knowledge in the industry, Doug oversees projects to ensure that we provide the highest quality product for our customers. When Doug is not on a job site, he enjoys spending time with his family, as well as hunting and fishing.

Adrian has been in the concrete industry more than 10 years, and has been an integral part of the Leiker Custom Concrete for four of those years. In his free time, Adrian enjoys hanging out with friends and going out on his side-by-side.

Project Superintendent since 2023

Felipe has worked in the concrete industry for over 20 years. Since beginning with Leiker Custom Concrete in January of 2023, Felipe has brought hardwork and expertise to our team. Felipe enjoys kicking back and relaxing by spending time with his family and going fishing.
